“I’m a foodie. Wilmington has some of the most unique restaurants. I just discovered IBIS last week, and it is one of the coolest places I’ve ever been into. Circa has become one of my favorite restaurants,” he shared with enthusiasm.

“I love that Wilmington is ready for explosive growth,” he said, pointing to the city’s dynamic atmosphere and promising future.

"Efficiency... I leveraged my previous experience, and without making any massive changes, I implemented my own policies and procedures,” he explained. “I felt like making the business more efficient was the foundation for growth.”
Looking Forward, Where Do You See The Business In The Next 3 to 5 Years?
When it comes to the future of Crossfire Entertainment, Kirk has big plans. He sees growth on the horizon in multiple areas.
“I see the business growing in many areas,” he said with optimism. “I see the business achieving a more balanced month-to-month.”
Kirk also hopes to expand Crossfire’s corporate team-building and fundraising offerings. Once the business is running efficiently, expansion will be a top priority.
“After I feel like every aspect of the business is operating efficiently, I would like to expand,” he said. “I would like to expand the Crossfire name as an entertainment company rather than just a singular location or similar business plan.”
