MoMentum Companies, Inc. welcomes newest protégé Drew Espy!

Welcome and Congratulations Drew Espy: Drew Espy is the youngest of three sons of Terry Espy, owner of Momentum Companies, Inc., and he is now the second to pass brokerage requirements to join the firm.  He has been involved in the family business peripherally for some time assisting in a general capacity but has now made it official by completing the NCREC state requirements and most recently, becoming a member of the National Association of Realtors. Upon his relocation to Wilmington from the Raleigh area four years ago, Drew immediately assumed management responsibilities of the company’s properties and short-term rentals.  His ten years of experience in the hospitality industry has honed his customer service skills and enhanced his already friendly personality and his dedication to his clients.
