Wilmington NC. May 15th 2020 – MoMentum Companies is proud to announce that DesignLoud Inc. has chosen downtown at 10 N. Front Street, Wilmington, NC to locate their office. Owner Derek Schmidt and his team looked at other spaces but fell in love with the vibe and walkability of being downtown.
“It speaks to the confidence that this business owner has during this time, and that he saw downtown as the right place to locate and grow. Our city’s Historic Downtown is special, and I think the long-term investment and growth downtown has had in recent years is a catalyst for companies when looking for new office space.” said Joan Loch, broker at MoMentum Companies who worked with DesignLoud to find just the right space. DesignLoud was previously working out of TekMountain, a co-working space.
The office space is located on the upper level of 10 N. Front St with large floor to ceiling windows, a mix of offices and open workspace in a trendy loft-like environment which drew the DesignLoud team to it.
“We have had a vision for the perfect office space for quite a long time. We needed a place that would allow for our team’s collaboration, give us room to grow, and offer some character. 10 N. Front checked all the boxes and we are so glad to be in our new home.” said Derek Schmidt.
