Delilah’s Brew and Chew

long shot

If you like coffee, people, wine, and art you should continue reading and learn about the fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a fully operational business with plenty of opportunities for growth.

The owner of Delilah’s created a space that customers can come at any hour of the day and feel like you are at home. Gifts and décor from talented local artisans featuring hand-made jewelry, candles, clothing, and artwork are available.

The coffee shop includes all the equipment to brew, Espresso’s, Cappuccino’s, Lattes, fruit smoothies, spicy chai’s and frappes made with real espresso.  A new owner will have the ability to apply for the wine and beer license and continue offering a carefully selected assortment of the finest Italian wines and select vintages along with craft beer and locally made Kombucha.  Fresh pastries, bagels and baked goods are displayed front and center adding to the average sale.

The coffee shop started in April 2019 after the owner relocated from the west coast and it is named for her beloved Delilah, a personable and loveable mix breed.  The addition of the wine and beer bar, and inside/outside (with a stage) event spaces provide great opportunities to host, workshops, music events, book clubs and more.  There is a side yard dedicated to dogs so customers can hang out with theirs while enjoying their coffee.

The overall square footage, both inside and outside lends itself to further potential and the lease in place offers renewal options.  The shop is located on busy Beach Dr with good traffic counts and easy parking.  Social media accounts and website convey with the sale.

Disclaimer:  As with many businesses that cater to the consumer for eating and gathering, Delilah’s experienced the shutdown and restrictions on inside gatherings that Covid-19 effected. Once re-opening was allowed, the owner continued to work with the restrictions keeping customers and staff safe.  2021 will only see revenue increase with the provisions that have been put in place. Current staff would like to continue with new ownership.

All FF&E conveys with the sale to include custom counters, coffee equipment, freezer, refrigerators, tables, chairs stools and furnishings, display cases, signage, Vitamix and blenders.  Fully outfitted for multiple revenue opportunities.  POS system, computers, and all outdoor furniture is included.  A full list with details is available to a qualified buyer.

This is an existing operational business, therefore financial information will only be provided to a qualified interest with a signed non-disclosure agreement.  A buyer interest must show proof of financial ability to fund the purchase and have operating capital to assume the lease.   Owner selling to return to the west coast where family is.  Transition period of 4-6 weeks.
